Four subscriptions, four vendors
Each subscription ties you to one vendor’s models. If you want several, you pay several times – every month, however much you use them.
List prices of monthly consumer plans in Germany including 19 % VAT, as of October 2026; Claude Pro is €18 plus VAT. Some plans include further services such as cloud storage or Office apps, which Meteor-AI does not replace. Vendor prices: OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft.

How billing works
Three rules that protect you from surprises.
Price visible up front
Every model shows its price per million tokens, split into input and output. Under each answer you see tokens and cost – estimated values marked with ≈.
Never more than is covered
Before each request, the app checks that it is covered: on Pro and Ultimate first by the monthly allowance, then by topped-up credit; on Free by the starter credit. Nothing goes into the red.
Traceable down to the line
The statistics show every booking with time, model, tokens and cost. As CSV it opens in Excel. Content never appears there.
What drives usage
Tokens, model, tools.
A token is roughly a syllable; a thousand tokens are about seven hundred words of German text. Both are billed: what goes in and what comes out.

Enterprise
Use first, pay later.
Enterprise has no fixed usage limit: every request is recorded individually and billed as one total at the end of the month. Until then we pay in advance – that is why Enterprise is available on request.

Get going
From Free, you subscribe to Enterprise directly once approved. From Pro or Ultimate, you schedule the switch: the paid month runs to its end and Enterprise starts with the next one. Topped-up credit is set off against the first invoice.
Euros, with a verifiable rate
Model providers bill in US dollars. Meteor-AI shows and books euros – and discloses what it converts with.
- One source: the European Central Bank's daily reference rate, nothing else.
- Fixed per booking: the same request yields the same amount months later.
- If the source fails, the last known rate keeps being used – a skipped booking would be a hole in the billing.

Which plans are there?
Four: With Free you start for free, with the small models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Pro costs €20 a month and includes €10 of usage, Ultimate costs €60 and includes €40 – both with all models; more can be topped up as credit. Enterprise is available on request: every request is recorded individually and billed as one total at the end of the month, with no fixed limit. All prices are final prices.
Can I switch between Pro and Ultimate?
Yes, any time in the app. From Pro to Ultimate takes effect immediately: a new billing period starts, and the unused part of Pro is credited – by the time remaining, but at most by the unused allowance. From Ultimate to Pro you switch at the end of the paid period. Topped-up credit stays either way.
What happens when allowance and credit are used up?
When they run low, Meteor-AI shortens the answer to what is still covered. Once everything is used up, further requests are rejected and the app says so. Topped-up credit lets you continue right away; the monthly allowance returns with the next billing period.
Does credit expire?
Topped-up credit never expires and can be paid out on request. The monthly allowance of Pro and Ultimate applies to one billing period; whatever is left expires. Free's starter credit expires with the first subscription.
In which currency is billing done?
In euros. Model providers bill in US dollars; conversion uses the European Central Bank's daily reference rate. The rate is fixed per booking, so the same request yields the same amount later.
How do I cancel?
In the app under Settings → Subscription & payment, through Stripe's customer portal. The subscription ends at the end of the paid period; after that the account continues on the Free plan. Until then the cancellation can be withdrawn.
