What happens to a request?

Sent encrypted
Your request travels encrypted to Meteor-AI. Only signed-in accounts are accepted.

Checked and forwarded
Meteor-AI checks account and credit and forwards the request through an EU gateway to the model you chose.

Answer back, nothing left behind
The model computes in the EU and stores nothing. Model, tokens and cost are recorded – never the content.
Worth knowing: models without European infrastructure are blocked. That keeps all processing in the EU.
Only you see your data
Protection sits in the database itself, not just in the interface. Without your account, nobody gets to your chats.
- Your own data: every account sees and changes only what belongs to it.
- Secure sign-in: the app stores no passwords. Changing your password requires the old one.
- Tamper-proof usage: only the server writes usage records and credit.
- Sandboxed HTML apps: they run isolated, without access to account or data.
- Sign-up from Europe: new accounts can only be created in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
No tracking, no advertising
Meteor-AI lives on subscriptions, not on your data.
- No profiling: no data is analysed for advertising.
- No third-party requests: Meteor-AI serves its own fonts and icons.
- No cookies: this website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools.
Delete whenever you like
In the settings under “Data & account” – no detour via support.
- Delete all data: chats, library, images and files are gone, the account stays.
- Delete account: ends the subscription and refunds remaining credit.
- Statistics without content: they show only model, tokens and cost.

Where is Meteor-AI's data stored?
In the EU. Storage and processing take place exclusively there. The details are in the privacy policy.
Do all models compute in the EU?
Yes. Models without European infrastructure are blocked. Input and answers are neither stored there nor used for training (zero data retention).
Can I delete my data?
Yes, any time, yourself in the settings: all data at once or the entire account.
Does Meteor-AI use tracking or cookies?
No. There is no tracking and no use of data for advertising, and this website sets no cookies.
